The Supplier Quality Performance Data Tracking (SQPDT) process provides utility members industry wide Quality Performance data on suppliers common to the industry. By getting products from suppliers who have a good Quality Performance, substantial cost avoidance can be obtained by utility members.

The summary information greatly improves the ease of performing ongoing Supplier Evaluations and is linked to the NUPIC supplier numbering system. The results may be used by Procurement Engineering to more easily evaluate Commercial Grade confidences and considerations.
